Adolescence
Writer D.A. Navoti welcomed youth poets and writers from Seattle Arts & Lecture’s (SAL) Youth Poet Laureate cohort. This program was co-hosted by SAL teaching artists Laura Da’ and Arianne True.
Motherhood
D.A. Navoti welcomed readers to consider the pains of growing up for a special Mothers’ Day edition. Readers include poet Arlene Naganawa, author Margot Kahn, multidisciplinary performer Jen Soriano, and Washington State Poet Laureate Rena Priest.
Fatherhood
The fourth in the series focused on fatherhood, and readers included fiction writer Juan Carlos Reyes, poet Aaron Counts, poet Alex Gallo-Brown, and SPARTAN editor Ross McMeekin.
Adulthood
In the series’s fifth and final, readers share the ups and downs of adulthood. Readers include City of Redmond Washington’s Poet Laureate Raúl Sánchez, poet Gabrielle Bates, and LAMBDA Literary Award winner Mattilda Bernstein Sycamore.
